Breadcrumbs Sensei Edit

I have the exact problem as described in this link

It was two years ago and maybe there is a solution now ?

Up to this moment it’s ok

Can you provide a real example of what modifications you want to do to the sensei breadcrumbs so I can better understand ? The information you linked above is old and it’s related to third party breadcrumb plugin which you don’t have to use in kleo because it comes with a built in breadcrumb system.

Ok, So step by step, let’s say I am entering this course. (I also write translation for some words so You can better understand)

1. Course Page

Breadcrumbs: Home / Kursy / Wyzwanie z Revitem
Breadcrumbs Template: Home/Courses
(PL. Kursy – Eng.Courses)
Until now everything is ok, though at first clicking on Kursy link me to some build in page made by Sensei that I couldn’t edit. I changed the url of WordPress page to overwrite the link and it is ok now, although default page had some advantages like number of course participants under the title (I don’t know if there is a shortcode for that ?)

2. Lesson Page

Breadcrumbs: Home/ Lekcje /Wprowadzenie
Breadcrumbs Template: Home/Lessons/Lesson-Name
PL. Lekcje = Eng. Lessons
How I would Like Breadcrumbs to be: Home/Courses/Course-Name/Lesson-Name

When I click on a Lekcje in breadcrumbs I am directed to some build in sensei Page with all the lessons from entire page, not connected to course, so basically I would like to omit/hide this part of breadcrumb.

3. Quiz Page

I see, this is a pretty custom case, because will require to combine data from multiple post types in the same breadcrumb trail. I recommend you to contact sensei support for a suggestion about a possible way to make this work as you want.

I think it would still be a pretty custom task which will need some development time.

Ok, thanks. Can I just turn off breadcrumbs on Courses and Lessons and Quiz Pages ?

No, at this moment there aren’t such options available, you can only disable the breadcrumbs area generally from theme options page.
