I am new at this I had a person design this for me who is no longer around or assisting me. But as of right at the moment my website is broken and not usable. I was working with Host Gator but they just don’t have the right people to assist me in fixing the website. There was a backup file that was made in my c-panel but i don’t know how to do a restore on it back to December 17, 2018 when it was created. Can anyone please assist me on this. My homepage has disappeared, it was active with floating words and a couple and with purple background. WP did an automatic update and ruined a lot of stuff on there need to go back to 4.9 (not using plugin) with this website because of the plugins.
