Buddy App customization by adding tag on post status

Hello team

Currently we are working for the customization with the features on adding custom options on user activity post section.

I have three custom option for posted in,  Each has three different option to manage those individual.

For example : If user try to post an activity before posting it should be verify those three option . If user select option x it should the post the activity in option x, same for other two option but has some custom field if those those option are selected to post.

And it should not work like group , all the section should be come up and end within the activity.

Please let me know if this customization is possible without the plugin customization,

Since we are panning for the mulitsite setup to use this same, So we are looking forward on your best suggestion on this.
