    Hi,

    I installed my Kleo long time ago and buddy press pages have worked perfectly. I am using Pmpro & WpGeodirectory& Woocommerce as well, so I am really taking all aspects from your theme. I am using extended fields and BuddyPress xprofile also…

    BUT: Now suddenly – just at the moment of launched – the site got stucked and the member profile page does not work anymore, it just disappeared. The function exists, because the member grids and carousels are working. My coders also were able to made the member profile page link in a main menu using Bp menu items.

    However, I had linked that old Member Profile page to wpGeodirectory user profile, PmPro and Woocommerce and want also to remind users in other pages to go and visit their member page.

    Can I make a new member profile page, which exists in my wp-admin page list (like it used to be) and how?

    Hi,

    In the first instance try to de-activate all plugins and child theme then check if the issue persists, if had disappears, it means one of those causes that, just enable back one by one and check until you find the cause.

    Let me know
    Cheers

    Hi.
    My theme and plugins have worked great with buddy presd member pages but it was after trying different caching plugin the member profile pages disappeared.

    I have removed all the caching plugins but how can I get those member profile pages back. I cant find any shortcodes or instructions anywhere. The member searches work normally, so the data and even pages are somewhere, but I need a page so I can link it to wpgeodirectory etc.

    Caching also harmed pmpro registration, even I have excluded logged-in-member pages and all membership-account pages.

    Do you know which caching plugin would be suitable for Kleo thene and plugins? I have tried W3 and LiteSpeed Cache, my hosting service uses LiteSpeed Server. Now I do not know what to do, because I need caching to increase page speed.

    Thanks beforehand.

    Hi,

    You can use this cache plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ very simple and performant.

    Also the w3total cache works good with our theme, tested and cannot see any issue, in general it’s not recommended to cache nothing for logged in users.

    For debugging the provide covers issue, try to re-upload again the theme files and to re-install the plugins. Ff it’s the same enable WP debug ( i will add the procedure below )

    Also make sure that this issue to not be caused by a certain plugin try to de-activate all first, and check it works normally

    Also make sure to have all buddypress components activated

    Please update the theme to latest version and the afferent plugins, you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins.

    If this is useless please follow these steps to enable wp debug:

    •  Connect to your server by FTP
    • Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
    • Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE

    <pre class=””>define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

    •   After this line add this:

    <pre class=””>define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );

    WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).

    Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.

    If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.

    After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.

    Cheers
