Hi
I am having an issue with trying to find a user with either their email address and email account and both are showing as not found. When I try to manually add the user and email address I get an error say the account is already open. How can this be as nothing shows up for that user?
The attached images will show the following:

screenshot 2 (p.59.12am)shows the error received when trying to add the user manually
How can the user get an email to click the activation link yet not be in the database?
Your assistance is much appreciated.
