First I wanted to wish you a happy new year 2016.

 

I need your expertise to finalize my project.

 

I want to use Buddyblock Plugin … but there is a little problem to see the button in the header profile.

 

My request to BuddyBlock Team Plugin : « Hello, I bought BuddyBlock plugin. I use buddypress, Kleo theme and Geomywp plugin. I see in profile => setting => “Blocked Members” but on the User profil the button to allow a user to block is not present. »

 

The answer of BuddyBlock Team Plugin : « Hi, Thanks for your purchase. It sounds like an issue with your theme. To confirm, try switching momentarily to a WP theme like 2013 and see if the button appears.

 

BuddyBlock uses this hook to insert the button: do_action( ‘bp_member_header_actions’ );

 

You can see that hook in this standard BP template: \buddypress\bp-templates\bp-legacy\buddypress\members\single\member-header.php

 

You might try asking Kleo is they use that hook.

I try to see in the « member-header.php » but I don’t find the solution.

Kleo uses bp_member_header_actions so that’s probably not the issue. Did you try with the WP 2015 Theme as they suggested to rule out an issue with your install? Have you checked for other possible plugin conflicts?

We will need access to the site in order to view what’s going on.

Hi, Thanks. Good news.
I managed to define the problem. In fact there is no conflict with the
theme Kleo, and no conflict with other plugins… I’ve just put bad parameters on buddyblock !

But in new time the plugin doesn´t work.
