buddyforms media gallery issue

Few days before I downloaded buddyforms plugin, while using it I found out that, when I use media gallery to upload images few menu options were not visible(shown in attachment)
I asked the plugin author, he said its a theme issue, I have attached his reply also
Please help me.

Yes, this problem occurs only when I try to upload any image or gallery in a post using buddyforms frontend editor
