Thank you for your support!
I made some screenshots to help me explain what I pretend:

1- I want to remove this buddypress menu from profile and adjust the rest to the top of the page, and put the link to Edit and Change Cover Image near the profile photo.

2- Friends page: remove the buddypress menu:

4- And finaly the same for settings:

Hello, please try by adding this to style.css of child theme

COPY CODE

.xprofile div#object-nav {
    display: none !important;
}

This should hide the profile menu from profile page, but for the rest you would need to hire a developer
