Buddypress comments disappearing

    Hi there

    I am having a few issues where members are saying their comments are no longer showing up in the activity stream. Can you advise what could be the problem? It seems to have only recently started.

    Running WP 4.5.2

    Kleo: 4.0.6

    Buddypress 2.5.3
