BuddyPress emails & Customisations

Hi

I have customised each and every one of my BuddyPress emails which can be seen by my attachments but when I actually test the emails, there are no customisation displayed- very strange.  Can you please help with this?

I have given you the details of my cloned site since I have had issues in the past and will never give anyone access to the backend of my actual site.  If you make any changes, can you please give me step-by-step instructions so that I can make the changes in my main site.

Hi,

Id you encoutner the same issue using any other theme like default one, it means that the issue has nothing to do with our theme.

Did you had tried to de-activate all plugins except buddypress then check if the issue with email style has gone?

The issue failed to work with other themes too, so it must be a BuddyPress issue. Will mark this ticket as resolves.
