Hi,
I added a buddypress membership level “CommunityStorytellers” for my platform, and I would like to show these members on my team page.
To test this functionality, I assigned one member successfully; however, when i added Buddypress element “Members Carousel”, the member type only shows “All”. It doesn’t give me an option to only show “CommunityStorytellers” members. Btw, other buddypress’ similar elements also do not show it.
Please advise.
Thanks!

The element you’re trying to use allows for filtering on BuddyPress Member Types https://codex.buddypress.org/developer/member-types/ and not membership levels.
If you wish to filter on membership level (for example those generated through Paid Memberships Pro) you will need to look at custom coding this function.
Thanks,
Kieran.

Is Buddypress not really integrated with KLEO?Thank you!
-WillAugust 13, 2017 at 03:32 #170455wilhalphotoParticipantor i must say not fully integrated with KLEO and Visual Composer (since the element in question belongs to VC, right?)
August 13, 2017 at 03:36 #170456wilhalphotoParticipant… and paidmembershippro that was included with KLEO too.
So, would you please escalate this to Radu to make them all integrated thus not requiring more 3rd party plugin to make them all work well.
thank you so much!

Kleo it’s the most integrated theme with BuddyPress and also with VC.
To can filter those implies installation of a third party plugin but it’s a lite o you should install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-member-type-generator/ and you will have the ability to create carousels by member types
Cheers

Then probably you should either change it to use membership level or incorporate the membership type in future update 🙂
