Hello
I found this plugin that fills an omission of Buddypress. It lets members attach photos to private messages. It has issues but the core functionality works.
But I now realize that it creates problems in the media browser. Everytime a user attaches a photo an “empty” photo gets created that stops the build-up of the media browser. The only way to solve this is to actually delete such an “empty” photo.
This makes the usability for moderators a night-mare and I rather will disable this plug-in and otherwise useful funcionality again.
Question. Do you have an alternative to attache photos to private messages?
Is this a feature that could be built in a future version of the theme?Regards
Andreas

By default there is no functionality to upload media to private messages
Maybe using a plugin or a custom function you can achieve that, if you already use a plugin that not works properly try that plugin using default wp theme and if it works as it should let me know if not it means that there it’s problem between plugin and buddypress
Cheers
