Buddypress messages screen search problems

I am using Kleo 2.4.1. Just bought it and completed configuration of site yesterday. Am quite pleased with the Kleo theme but having problems with Messages using Buddypress.

1. When I click on the Messages Inbox, the Search function is defective. I click on “Search messages” and the presentation scrolls up and the menus disappear. A blinking cursor on a new blank line appears. This happens on both Internet Explorer 11 and Google Chrome 40. I could not find an article on this problem.

2. I can’t make past messages display. I can make them unread but there is no way to click on the message and go back and read it and the replies again.

3. Also, I’d like to know how to do manual updates to the theme if the Themeforest.com autoupdate doesn’t work. Where do I find the latest theme updates on your site as a licensed user?

2- Clicking on the subject doesnt open the message? If that’s the case, respond privately with a link and credentials. Make sure you send a message to that account as well so I can test it.
