Hi,
This has been an ongoing bug/issue but I’m only getting to asking about it now.
The buddy press @ name under people’s profile picture will not change after they change it in Profile – Settings (buddy press) AND when I manually change it in traditional wordpress default profile info on backend.
Example of @admin account changed and still showing @admin on profile instead of @staff (2 pics attached).
Two different ways to change profile info tried for months on different accounts – and it still will not work.
Any idea why this might happen?
