Buddypress profile and activity changes

Hi, I have some feature requests for buddypress profile:

1. I really do not like buddypress profile tabs in Kleo. It takes to much space and I would like to have the possibility to disable the icons. It would be great if you could add a div  to allow me to customise the menu with css. I think that buddyboss approach is really beautiful and I would like to replicate it in Kleo (see image attached)
2. Changing profile cover using ajax, skipping the annoying “change profile cover page”.
3. Add theme option to display any xprofile data in the cover page, such as social media links (I know there is an option to add them via functions.php but it would be nicer to set it in theme options)
