Buddypress Profile Issues (Cropping Tool, Create Links, Message Send)

I am having issues with buddy press in the kleo theme.

!. The cropping tool does not appear when I wish to add/change Profile Photo
2. When I try to Create Links in the Profile section I get an error message when I don’t put “http://” in front of the website name: “The URL you entered is not valid.”
or
When I do include the http in the website, I get the error message: “Please fill in all of the required fields”
3. When I compose a message and don’t fill out the subject line, I get the error message: “There was an error sending that message. Please try again.”

First things first. What versions of BP and KLeo???

1 – Does it appear with the WP 2015 Theme enabled?

2 – Where are you trying to add the link? In an xprofile field, activity posts, elsewhere?

My website is running version 2.3.3 of Buddypress and version 3.09 of Kleo Child.

1. With the WP 2015 Theme installed it doesn’t appear either. So looks like its a buddy press issue?
2. In the Profile section, there’s a “+” sign and you can go to “media, settings, and links” and then when you go to links there’s the News, Humor and Other Category.

1 – could be plugin conflict. not sure.

3 – “links” isnt a standard bp profile tab. maybe you have a plugin that’s created that?

Okay, thanks. I’ll also check buddy press for the cropping tool issue.

Is Sites a standard Profile tab? I don’t have that one installed.

Its standard if you are running a multi-site install 🙂
