Buddypress registration

Since the update for buddypress 3.0 and Kleo 4.3.7 the registration email that is sent out with a link to activate an account does not automatically activate the account.  The activate page asks for an activation number for input, but the activation number within the email is part of the link to click, this confuses the user trying to activate their account.
