Buddypress Sidebar

Hi,

In my widgets page, There is no buddypress sidebar. I think that it should be added auto after activated buddypress plugin. Then, I created new sidebar myself but now I can not add sidebar for members pages.  Every buddypress pages have sidebar but user pages don’t. For members page, I can set a sidebar but it is empty sidebar ares. Please help me?

You can set a custom sidebar only for Groups and Activity page. Members/Profile page use the Main sidebar and you can’t change this by default settings.

There are three possibilities:

1) Look for a plugin to setup sidebars (and check which works with BuddyPress)
2) Ask in the BuddyPress Support/Forums
3) Write custom code

Install widget logic https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/

Then use bp_is_user() to show the widget on a profile page or use !bp_is_user() to hide it.
