On my user activation email, there’s a link on the bottom to unsubscribe. When clicking on it, the user gets a 404.
The url generated has the following url:
http://fundivation.staging.wpengine.com/members/djung14atlassoftwaregroup-com/settings/notifications/The actual url should be (i think)
http://fundivation.staging.wpengine.com/members/djung14atlassoftwaregroup-com/notifications/Also in the profile admin, there’s no option to unsubscribe from notifications other than to delete the account. Should there be something else there?
Thanks,

January 5, 2017 at 19:15 #148909RaduModeratorHi,
The 7thqueen account aren’t working,
The generated URL it seems to be generated correctly, on my local installation I have the email settings at that address http://localhost/kleo/members/test/settings/notifications/
You should have that to !
Make sure to have notification component enabled from BuddyPress settings
Let me know
Cheers

Is there another setting somewhere to enable notifications? the EMAIL tab doesn’t show like it does on yours.

Try to re-save permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks -> save changes.
Try also to enable all components then re-save the permalinks and check again.
Try to de-activate child theme and try again.
Try also to de-activate rest of the plugins except BuddyPress and check again.
Let me know
Cheers
