I’ve added the BuddyPress Wall plugin to my website but the Cover are is now being duplicated….is there a way I can fix this?

That worked but now I no longer have the “More link” in thje profile navigation section to see the other profile tabs…

You’re not going to. That plugin produces its own profile code (the whole reason you had two profiles) which doesnt have the code Kleo needs. If you would have searched here, people are being told not to use it: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/two-profile-headers-are-showing#post-63445
