BuddyStream not working

I enabled the BuddyStream and integrated the instagram and twitter. I posted an image on instagram and on twitter and looked at my feed on the website and nothing shows up. Any ideas why this is? Here is my profile http://crossfitarc.com/members/joshthedesigner/ and it is under the Social Media Tab.

I am also keen to use the Buddystream plugin as I think it would be a great addition.
