    HI guys,

I’ve been using Kleo for the last few years and I love it.  My website is http://www.avalon7.com

I recently tried to update to the newest version, and my site is acting strangely.

There is no content on most of the site, and the dropdown menus do not work.  I am logged in as admin, but when I click over from the dashboard to the site, the admin bar at the top disappears.

I think something similar is happening to your site (7th Queen) as well, as the dropdowns on your menus on your landing page also did not work for me.

I tested this issue with both my desktop and my Iphone.

I also read in one of the Themeforest forums about someone else who had a similar issue about 5 days ago.

Since my site was basically completely disabled, I rolled it back to a working version on my server.

Let me know what the best course of action is so I can stay updated in the future.

    Thanks,

    Rob Kingwill

    Hi,

There could be 2 main reasons for that.

    1. You had done custom templates in your child for them theme/woocommerce or buddypress and now they are deprecated. So to can check this de-activate child theme and check if it’s displayed correctly.

    2. Some plugins are in conflict… de-activate all plugins except Visual Composer and K-elements beside the child theme then check.

Also make sure to have all plugins updated to latest version.

    Cheers
