[bug] Top Menu error while scrolling a page containing a wide Revoluton Slider

I noticed it as i set default homepage as the homepage for my new site.

When i scroll the page the top navigation bar has a weird behaviour.

I checked some websites in the forum showcase sections, this website has the same problem in the homepage.

Chrome latest release, 37.0.x, on mac.

The issue happens also at first installation, as soon as default page is setted.
