I was trying to remove them statistics from the homepage and suddenly it started looking weird. I tried to copy the original code from the theme help page and pasted but still not looking right. please help. check here

Hi kash101,

You need to put your content with class “twelve columns” width in “row” class. In fact this is how Foundation grid works.

hi,
I need to do some changes in home page
1. For the Age field need to display drop down and to display values in that. How to do that ?

2. Need to display the Recently Active Groups section, how to add that ?

1. By default the age field displays as range between the two select with values. You want only one select?
2. This is already on the homepage. You can reproduce homepage from our demo using the code from the included documentation

I need the 2 select values, But now its displaying only 2 text boxes. I need the dropdown. I think some settings is there in Settings -> Sweetdate -> Buddy Press. But not able to find which settings I need to do
Please help me on this

Also one more thing is it possible to give the name ‘a numerical number’ instead of giving characters ?

You need to define the Age field in Sweetdate – Buddypress. I guess you set it as numerical but it has to be selected as Age
You can rename the fields in Users – Profile fields

1. Select Age Range Field (optional) – Date of Birth

Removed numerical field and selected only 2 i.e.

You have to select the field in Age range. Please make sure it is selected. This makes it render as two selects.

Yes you should select the field you want to use for Age, so in your case is the Date of birth

Yes I selected Date of Birth in the Age field and Age label as ‘Age’ and left numerical field as blank
But still its showing only one drop down

Hi,
Like I said, you selected Age field to show in the form instead of Date of Birth. You do not need that field(Age) since the age is calculated using Date of birth fields.

One more thing i need to do. Currently the username accepts both characters and numbers. Is it possible to make the username accept only numbers like what other matrimony sites do ?
Is there any way to implement this ?

Hi,
There is no options in the theme for that. You can use a plugin to accomplish that since it is a default WP thing
