Bugs of a Page

Hi there,

I’ve just upload the Kleo, and after that one of my page, the Gallery, it appear some words that are not on the page.

I’ve attach here to pic’s with this bug, you can see the words in the pic name “Galeria” and the pic “Page Galeria” show how that page is configuration. This configuration exist since December 2016.

Can yo please help with this.

Hello, please check the HTML version of the editor next to VISUAL and delete anything that is not the shortcode 🙂 Blank spaces count too

Thank you for your answer.
But the html edit is clean, as you can see in the image that I attached here.
Also, like I say before, this only appear after I update the KELO theme.
So can you please help,

Hello, have you tested with the wordpress default theme?
It could be an issue related to rtmedia

Hi there,
No, I’ve not test with a wordpress theme.
Bu this only happened after I update this theme, so I think the rtmedia it will be the problem.
But I will contact them to ask for help

Hi,
There was a Cc code in theme child for not showing the title of the Gallery page, but with the update of the theme that cc code just stop working.
So with the help of the rmedia, we did some tests and with put the cc code in the cc box of rtmedia and it resolved.
