    Hi there,

    I’m having some issues with the notifications and email on the profile user.

    When try to delete or a notification or a email in the profile user, most of the times it does not work, sometimes when we try more than one time it works, others times even when try to do a lot of time it does not work.

    Also when try to do bulk actions in the notification and email, it the same, does not  work the behavior is the same as description above.

    Can you help with this please?

    Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

    Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

    Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

    If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

    If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

    Hello,
    Thank you for your attention.
    I have every plugins update, only one is not WPBakery Visual Composer because this is on of the KLEO and in the message say I should wait for the theme to update it.
    About the others suggestion, I will tray it and then I will give a feed-back.
