Bundled plugins not updating with theme

You replied to my email before about the slider update.  This was your reply:

Hi no need to purchase it. The purchase code is used to enable automatic updates directly from the plugin developer but we provide updates with theme releases. So the bundled plugin works without a purchase code from the developer and that is the way it is with bundled plugins on Envato

The problem is that the theme is updating, but my Revolution Slider says there is an update available, but I need to purchase a code to get the update.  The result is that my slider isn’t working.  Please advise how to remedy this.

I have attached a couple screen shots of the the plugin area.  Should I provide you the logins so you can see what it’s doing?
