Button action

I had set up a call to action on my homepage from a ‘Take a tour’ button to scroll down and it worked ok.

Not sure what I did but not there is no action when clicking on the button now.

Any idea what am I missing?

This is a button on a slide of a revolution slider. When I check the settings under the slide Actions tab, it reads Click, Scroll below slider, Scroll offset blank.

Did it happen after you updated revslider? There are new demos for 5x of revslider. Your old slider might not be compatible.

Maybe yes, but I’m also creating a new button to test in the same slider now and having the same problem.
if creating a new slider, it works..
If the old slider is not compatible, can I import it to the new 5x set up? to avoid having to start from scratch just for a button functionality?
Can you guide me trough the steps?

If you download the full kleo package from Themeforest, the 5x demo sliders are in there 🙂

can’t seem to fix this issue. A while back there was a pop-up window on the support site, with the steps to do to update old sliders to be compatible with the new revolution slider update. Can’t locate that slide now. Can you help? My button is still not scrolling down…

Basically all it said was rename your old 4.x sliders and import the 5.x sliders. https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#revslider
