Achieving this implies some custom work and it is not a quick solution to provide.
You can talk to a web developer to help you achieve it.Here it’s some info about what the change implies:
This file is responsible for the content generation you are interested to modify /wp-content/themes/kleo/woocommerce/content-product.php in this file woocommerce adds the add to cart button and we add the quick view button.
As an example on changing the content on add to cart area you can see how we did it with the quick view button on this file : /Applications/XAMPP/htdocs/kleo/wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/plugin-woocommerce/config.php line 771 funciton kleo_woo_quickview_button.
