Button setting for URL having trouble

Hi Support!  I am using a general button and have inserted
mailto:kaufmanwebconsulting@verizon.net?SUBJECT=”RE: Treyburn Contractor Referral Update Request”

into the URL section but it is not producing the results I want.  Normally that would populate the email with a subject of:  “RE:  Treyburn Contractor Referral Update Request” – I have attached the screen shot.  Here is the page:   http://www.treyburn.org/contractor-referrals/  You will need to log into the website to see it.

I’ve copied the generated html of that button that not accepts your additional parameters and i’ve added simply HTML in a text area. So delete the initial button.
