Button Shortcode Documentation Incomplete / Not working

When inside a text editor, click the Kleo dropdown and select the button shortcode.  You get the following:

[kleo_button title="Button text" href="" style="default" size="" ]

When I enter “large” in the size area it has no effect on the button output.  Also, in the documentation, there is no entry for the size attribute to reference, and no sample usage line.

Also, how do you set custom styling for background and font color using the shortcode in the text editor?

Use lg instead of large. Personally, if I’m not using VC to add the button, I’ll still build the button using the vc shortcode, then switch to “classic view” to copy the shortcode to use elsewhere.
