Call to Action Background Image on Widget

Hello,

I am trying to put a call to action on a widget. I have a background image in the call to action which shows up on the page I have it set to but when I try to put the call of action in the widget to appear on a sidebar, it does not include the background image.

I created a page for the Call to Action button that I am using on side bars. The page is called “sidebar button page.” The call to action shows the background image on that page in the sidebar but if I go to a profile or groups page, the background image does not appear in the sidebar.
