That is to say, WP uses a theme

BuddyPress uses buddyapp

What you ask is certainly possible to do manually but would take considerable time and coding therefore it is outside the scope of support we can provide via the forum. You should reach out to a developer to look into this for you, you can also reach out to our own developers by emailing dev@seventhqueen.com to discuss your needs.

There is a plugin called Multiple Themes in the WordPress repository https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-multiple-themes/ that may be of use but I have never used it so I cannot confirm if the plugin actually works or not. Always test locally or on a staging site.
