Just paste that shortcode that you are talking about in a new page that you can create from wp-admin -> pages -> add new

Is it same for adding elements ? like a rev slider element ? so this would give the flexibility to add different sliders in the fixed position in all pages of the template.. if yes.. can it edited from frontend..

Hello, using visual composer plugin you can edit the page from the frontend. Just click the frontend button 🙂
