Can I set 2 menus at Pinterest Style?

Hi, i use Pinterest Style for homepage, i want to add 2 menus, (Top and Primary) but i dont know how?

Also, in the blog post i want to add 2 menus too, like your example.

Bring up the page in page editor, scroll down to Theme General Settings and make sure Top bar status is set to either Default (if its turned on site wide) or Visible.
