    Can I stick ‘View Full Site’ automatically on the mobile, not ‘View Mobile Site’
    I see my site display ‘Mobile site’ in many times, It looks traditional wordpress feelings.
    I have to put button ‘View full site’ on the mobile first page for see it well.

    Is there anyway stick all display as View Full site from first open?

    Hi,
    I attached 2 capture screen files.

    When I text someone wowsasase.org on mobile phone, and they open the link, what they see on their phone is like img_4996 (attached to my first email). If you compare it to img_4995, you will see that img_4996 is more basic, primitive, wordpress-look, whereas img_4995 is more developed with all the features I added in correctly displaying (rather than img_4996’s basic, not-properly-displaying look).

    Anyway, when someone clicks on the woowsasase.org on their mobile phone, it takes them to the basic, img_4996 “mobile site,” and at the bottom of the page, there’s a button that says “View Full Site”. And when I click on view full site, it takes me to img_4995, the properly displaying website.

    What I need your help with is… can you make it so that when someone clicks on wowsasase.org on their mobile phone, it will take them straight to the “Full site” rather than the mobile site. OR, if that’s not possible, can you make it so that the mobile site also displays all the features properly like it should (as in img_4995)?

    Hello, this is a bit weird because that is not a normal behavior for wordpress, do you have any cache or mobile responsive plugin activated?

    I did not install any mobile responsive plugin, and I am also not using any cache. I sent the wowsasase.org link by text message to more people and the result was the same. When they first open, they see the website as in omg 4996.png. Only when they click “View Full site” button at the bottom of the page, they can see the website properly like in omg 4997.png style.

    It would be great if you could take a look at the plugin setting on my website using the admin login info ( Id: adreampeter@hotmail.com/ password: SSilba333), and see if there’s anything wrong you can find on the plugin setting list.

    I also wonder if it has something to do with another problem that I’m having with the website. When I login as a regular user (not as admin), the top menu bar (which has wordpress logo, site name, “+New” button, “edit page” button, etc) does not appear as it should (it doesn’t show up at all). So, regular users cannot make/add new blog postings currently. (By the way, you can try logging in as a regular user with ID: peter and PW: 1111).

    After I tried deactivating all the plugins and turning back on each plugin one at a time, I found out that when I deactivate the “Woocomerce” plugin, the top menu bar appears for the regular user account. But even then, only the wordpress logo and site name show up, and the “+new+ button (for posting new posts) still does not appear. And when I re-activate the woo commerce plugin, the top menu bar for the regular user disappears again. I tried looking at the woocomerce plugin setting, but still couldn’t figure anything out.

    So I tried solving the problem on my own by changing the theme, but the result was the same. And now I’m wondering if I need to re-install wordpress, or if i need to request for theme reinstall service with the current data…

    Actually, I received wordpress and theme installation service from Evato in August. I asked the person who installed for me about the issues I’m having, and received the following response. I wanted to ask you what you think about his response first before I go ahead and do anything. Do you think there’s anything that I can do to fix these or do you think it’s more helpful to get support for all of these?

    1) Unfortunately, it is very difficult to dive into these issues you are having with very little assistance from the developers of the theme. 2) I would for starters ask that you consider re-installing the theme from scratch as this way we can see if any issues comes up during the installation process. 3) However, back in August, you reported an issue with the SSL https:// connection. Do you still need assistance with this issue or is it now resolved? 4) Responsive device issues should be dealt with by the theme developers as these are related to functionality issues and you should get direct support from theme developers for this type of issues.

    Hi,

    I installed the theme in August 2015 with the help of Evato Theme Installation Service. Even back then there were some issues I was having with the website, but due to my lack of expertise, I just went ahead without resolving the issue.

    Recently, when I inquired about the 2 issues I’m having with the website, the person that did the install said that I should reinstall the theme from scratch. I’m okay with that install service fee. And I do plan to ask for reinstall if necessary. But I want to keep all the page content and setting data that I’ve already worked on, and I want to also hear from you, as the theme developing expert, your opinion on what the problem is. I’m glad Laura was able to assign me ticket for the case.

    Let me quickly summarize the two issues I’m having.

    First: when I login to the site as a normal, regular user, I can’t add/create new blog posts. I also don’t see the Top menu bar either . When I disable Woocommerce plugin, the top menu bar appears but adding new blog posts is still not an option (No “+Add” button)

    I see that when you visiting site from a mobile device there is no kleo theme, it’s a module from jetpack or something

    Regular users by default they doesn’t have possibility to add new post, if you need that you can use social article plugin to offer possibility for your buddypress users to add articles.

    Regarding the woocommerce and top bar, do you have theme updated to latest version ( 4.0.3 ) and plugins (you can check the plugin update status from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins ) ?

    Hello team!

    I need help with two issues.

    1. We have set the menu bar fixed, but it overlaps with the titles of the mobile version. In the image of the mobile version is missing the word “contacts” which is the title

    2. In the second image you can see how the background of the submenus that are with the mouse above, looks white, with what code could your color change ?? I think the options of the subject are not possible.

    The title it’s visible using an iPhone viewing the contact page.

    I cannot see the second screenshot and i can not figure where you are referring about the white background provide a screenshot that points out the white bg that you need to change
