On our site, the video only can not play with Safari, it show some error like: <span style="color: #ffffff;font-family: Helvetica, Arial;font-size: 13px;background-color: #222222">Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found</span>

The url from sidebar should be reachable now,

What extension have that video ?

Did you encounter the same issue using default wp theme ? If yes maybe that format isn’t supported by the wp ?! who knows

mp4, it played well with chrome and firefox, but only does not play with Safari. so it is not the issue with file format.

same issue with default theme.
