Can we put a alias in URL to add a menu element by URL ?

Hello, I would like put on my menu a link to acces at my groups. So i need to put an alias in the url link.

http://www.zikrea.com/membres/<an alias to put the name of user>/groups/

Originaly the URL is that http://www.zikrea.com/membres/wilfried/groups/
