    I have entered my username and API key (I also generated a new API key to see if that would help), but when I try to update by clicking the update button under themes and the parent theme, I get the error:

    Download failed. Forbidden.

    What could be going wrong here? I have checked and re-checked that my username and API key are correct.

    Once you enter the username and the API key the update should appear under Dashboard – Updates. Try logging out and logging in again
