Cannot Create a group

    I have installed and activated buddy press. It is fresh out of the box and I have not edited it in anyway. For some reason I cannot create a group. When I click the add group button I am brought to the ad group page. When I submit the group I get this error “There was an error saving group details. Please try again.” 

     

    My console does not give my any errors.
