Cannot Created New Topis in Forum

I have installed Kleo theme, and I cannot create, respond, post or do anything on the forums page. There isn’t any fields to fill out like this forum?? This is what I have installed:

bbPress – Version 2.5.7
BuddyPress – Version 2.2.3.1
WordPress 4.2.2

This is very frustrating as the only way I can create a forum is through the WordPress admin panel. The one test forum I created is public and “open” status, yet when viewing, there’s nothing any user can do except read the description.

Sounds like you’re on the Forums archive page (the one that lists all of the forums) but not in the actual forum. Click on the forum name to go into the forum.

Examples

Main forum page that list the forums with their descriptions: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/forums/

Clicking on Design With Pleasure takes you into that forum where you can create new topics http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/forums/forum/design-with-pleasure/
