Cannot find membership icon in general settings in kleo

Hi,

I’m trying to install the KLEO theme using your video tutorial, but I’m stuck at one point. At 7:55 during the video, the instructions say that I should “check anyone can register to enable user registration”. However, when I click on Settings:General, (General Settings), I don’t see any box like that that.

All I see are the Site Title, Tagline, Email Address, Timezone, Date Format, Time Format, Week Starts, and Site Language icons.

I already followed the instructions before this point without any problem. I downloaded and installed all the plugins too. Everything went right until this moment. I’m using the latest WordPress version that I just downloaded and installed today.

Please let me know how I can enable user registration.

Network site? If so its in the network admin.
