Cannot Login To Website

I and website members are unable to login to the my site: https://iblack.biz. When you enter your username and password, members are returned to the homepage but not logged in. It’s becoming an issue since I can’t access the admin section either.

I’ve tried the following to correct the issue:

1. Disabled all plugins
2. Removed caching files
3. Reverted to original .htaccess file
4. Removed customized child theme files (functions.php, bp-functions.php, bp-custom.php, etc)
5. Reinstalled theme

None of these have worked. Any assistance you can give I’d appreciate
