November 28, 2016 at 17:54 #145427LauraModeratorHello, connection lost issues are related to server status and/or your internet connection.

November 29, 2016 at 06:37 #145508rajtrivedi69ParticipantHey Team,
Its not the connectivity, i have couple of more wordpress websites and they run just fine on any network, but the admin panel of kleo has seriously gone very slow. Here are somethings that recently i have done.
Removed Plugins from ftp but their database tables are still there.
Should i remove all tables from the database as well and check, because it is seriously not working
November 29, 2016 at 06:57 #145509rajtrivedi69ParticipantDear team,
Let me make it more clear its not the end user website, its the admin panel, and the end user website also gets slow, when the user logs in. So its something with the theme
November 29, 2016 at 18:37 #145547rajtrivedi69ParticipantHello Team,
When i checked my public html folder and there was access logs i see this warning
PHP Warning: include(/home/mybscqkg/public_html/wp-content/themes/kleo/404.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/mybscqkg/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php on line 75
November 29, 2016 at 19:44 #145569rajtrivedi69ParticipantDear Team,
I switched my theme to Twenty Sixteen and it was working fine and when again switched to kleo again the admin panel went slow. I think it is the theme thats not working please check and let me know. I have given numerous replies you guys are not responding. Please check.
December 1, 2016 at 14:05 #145775LauraModeratorHello, did you check your plugin speed with p3 plugin? maybe one is creating that issue, if you deactivate some plugins and test the speed of the theme it goes very fast.
If you followed the guide, you should have all the plugins needed to speed your site, but as i see you do not have any of them. Please follow the guide.
My suggestions are to test each plugin speed by activating and deactivating it, if not working, contact your hosting provider. If not, try with a CDN 🙂

December 11, 2016 at 19:01 #146659rajtrivedi69ParticipantI have tried deactivating and activating plugins. I have tried with installing all recommended plugins. I am facing the same issue. I have tried with a different theme it works fine. Please test your theme, its something that is seriously not working at the themes admin end. I used 2017 and everything goes well.
Please let me know we are stuck, authors are not able to post

December 13, 2016 at 16:36 #146903RaduModeratorHi,
I cannot reproduce the issue that you encounter on my local install
I’ve updated a post and I was abe to update it without receiving any error : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bxo5b6iHWRMweG1yQUJzSGxJeVU/view
Do you know exactly the steps to can reproduce that ?
Install and activate this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/p3-profiler/screenshots/ and when you see that kind of error run the plugin to see if any plugin consumes the majority of resources.
If you are on a shared hosting, check and make sure if the available memory for your package it’s lower than your wp install uses, check with this plugin memory consumption : https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
Cheers
