Hello I cannot upload the profile picture in my Kleo theme and none of my users can. When I try to upload this is what shows but it will not have picture. Please help me with this issue.
Couple of things to check
1 – Does it work with the WP 2015 Theme installed?
2 – If not, check for plugin conflicts by disabling everything except buddypress. If it works after that, then start enabling your plugins one-by-one until it doesnt work again.

It is still not working. Can you go on the backend and take a look for me. I am able to upload photo but it will not capture and save it.

I disabled owl carousel and the tido plugins and was able to upload an avatar.
