Cannot use a scalar value as an array warning message

Hi, I am getting this warning only through Chrome, not Firefox.
Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in /wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php on line 204 on this URL
http://www.prisma2030.com/labs-form/

My hosting support went into my php.ini and turned off error reporting, however this is still showing.
My host suggested that this is an issue with my theme and to revert to you.
Can you please help.

It needs to be turned off in wp-config.php https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

If the message still persists, start disabling plugins to find the culprit.
