Canot Cancel Friendship Request

I press Add Friend from profile page of other user, Add friend is change to Cancel Friendship Request

Affter i press Cancel Friendship Request then goto: http://www.mysite.com/uplevel/ of  membership pro

I am tryed update to Sweetdate Version: 2.9.6 but it too canot.

How to fix it to Cancel FriendShip Request?
