Can’t access social media profile.

Hello. I sent a ticket some time back, at which time I became frustrated with Kleo Theme and gave up on my current project. I have uninstalled and tried various plugin combinations and I am still unable to access any of the social media feature (profiles, activity stream, messages, etc.) option native to the theme. Can someone please help. I have tried everything I can think of including updating permalinks. If access to the account is needed, let me know what access you need and I will create a guest editor account with the appropriate access. Otherwise you can navigate to the site and register to get a general idea of the issues I am having.
