My problem is that now I can’t access Kleo Theme Options even from the dashboard. I tried de-activating Kleo and re-activating it, but that didn’t work. Whenever I am on my website and I click on the “Theme options” button in the nav bar, it comes up with “WordPress error. Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” See attachment. I believe this error happened when I added the “Multiple Themes” plugin for WordPress, but I could be wrong. I have since disabled and deleted that plugin.
How can I go about fixing this?
Thanks

Sorry to hear you’re having issues with WordPress error messages. Given that you installed / deleted a plugin related to themes around the same time you have these issues there’s a good chance it is related.
Please try the following
– Logout of WordPress, clear your browser’s cache completely, close the browser and try navigating back to the Theme Options page of your website
If this does not work for you please review the steps discussed in this post from WPMU Dev regarding this WordPress error https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/fix-not-allowed-access-page-error-wordpress/.
