Can’t add Media to Group and Media 404 Error

Sorry I didn’t cover this in my last ticket….Also when I try to add media in groups it disappears, further when I click on the Media tab under groups I get a 404 error.  Please help, If I cannot add media to my page this theme is worthless to me and It was quite expensive.

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
